Welcome to
the guided tour of the apartment. Before we show you around,
we'd like to point out that the apartment comes with a communal
swimming pool and its own parking space in a secure parking
area.
The apartment is on the second floor which can be reached
by stairs or lift which also take you to the communal swimming
pool and sunbathing area. There is a fully equipped kitchen
and a utility room - with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge
freezer, oven and hob and microwave.

There are two bedrooms - one has twin beds and
its own shower-room. The other has a double bed which opens
onto the balcony and has an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms
have ample wardrobe and storage space. Towels and linen are
provided (please note that beach towels are not supplied)
and the apartment is cleaned and linen changed once a week.

| The lounge and dining area are spacious
and comfortable with dining table and four chairs, two
couches, a fan, a coffee table and TV-video and DVD/CD
player. Sliding French doors open onto the balcony with
a table and four chairs and uninterrupted south facing
views of the Mediterranean. |
